Visiting Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities
Many of our elderly community need people to visit and volunteer time. Sit and talk awhile, laugh with them, do activities such as music, games, bible study, or just be a friend. Some have no family and holidays are especially lonely. Folks who would like to spend some time making elderly friends smile are always welcome.
Wondering where to start? Call some of the places listed below and tell them you want to volunteer occasionally. They will be glad to hear from you!
